This address change reflects a new repair relationship between Zebra and CTDI (Communications Test Design, Inc.). CTDI is a repair-focused, innovative, award-winning vendor that has been a global leader in device repair since 1975.

 

Zebra teams are working diligently to make this operational change seamless for our partners and customers. However, please do take note of the following additional important information:

 

• All repairs must be authorized by Zebra and be accompanied by an authorization (RMA) number

• The new address will be provided with each repair authorization (RMA)

• Always use the shipping instructions Zebra provides with your authorization

• Please discard any pre-printed labels you may have with the old address

• Your repaired printer(s) may temporarily be returned from the former repair depot for several days

• This change does not affect the repair location for Zebra mobile computing & scanning products  

• Customer drop-off is not available; shipments must be delivered by carrier to the location
